Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Taskie mobile application operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Taskie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Taskie utilizes Google Sign-In for authentication. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information via your Google profile. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for any activities or actions that occur under your account while using our service.

3. Workspace Management & Responsibility

As a Taskie user, you may create or manage Workspaces. By assuming the role of a Manager, you agree to the following:

• Continuity: You acknowledge that you cannot leave a Workspace or delete your account if you are the sole Manager of a Workspace that includes other active non-virtual members.
• Transfer of Ownership: In such cases, you are required to promote another non-virtual member to the Manager role before you can leave or delete your account. This ensures that other members do not lose access to their collaborative data.
• Workspace Deletion: If you are the sole Manager and proceed to delete your account in a Workspace with no other active non-virtual members (or only virtual users), you acknowledge that the entire Workspace and all its contents will be permanently deleted.

4. User Conduct

Taskie is built on collaboration and fair play. You agree not to use the application to:

• Post content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights.
• Manipulate the Leaderboard system through cheating, exploits, or automated scripts.
• Spam other users or workspaces.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

Taskie is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any productivity loss resulting from service downtime or data loss.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this policy or via an in-app notification.
